Where We store your personal data

If data is transferred outside the EEA, We ensure that a similar degree of protection is given by:

- ensuring any US based partner is part of the US-EU Privacy Shield; and

Security
We store all information you provide on secure servers, with Us or one of Our trusted providers. Where you have a password for access, you are responsible for keeping this confidential and should not share it with anyone.

How long do We retain personal data
If you contact Us but do not enter into a contract with Us, we will retain your personal data for two years.
If you become a customer, We will retain contract information (including personal data) for six years after the end of the contract, or for longer where We need to do so for the exercise or defence of legal claims, or where We are required by law.
In certain cases, We may not be able to delete certain data (for instance, when it is stored on a secure external server). In this case, We will take appropriate steps to ensure that it is not available for re-use by third parties.
