1️⃣ What’s the difference between the Freemium & Premium Plan?

Ans: The great news is - Freemium has all the available features. But it is limited in the number of creations, capacity, and functionalities. Suitable for very light users. When the subscription plan starts, consider upgrading based on your usage needs. The Premium plan is affordable and offers the best value 👍

2️⃣ What are the different plans available?

Ans: The subscription plans are Lite, Premium, and Premium Pro.

3️⃣ What happens when your subscription plan kicks in after the free period?

Ans: There will be a 7-day notice period to make this adjustment. Just delete accordingly to bring the capacity of what the Freemium plan offers and continue using 😀

4️⃣ What would happen if I did not take any action?

Ans: If you still exceed the capacity of the Freemium plan after the notice period, the latest input will be deleted accordingly until the threshold is reached.

5️⃣ What happens to the deleted data?

Ans: The data will be permanently deleted from the server. We do not store your deleted data or information.

6️⃣ Can I retrieve the deleted data if I subscribe after the deletion?

Ans: Unfortunately, we are unable to restore the deleted data (reason in Q5).
