To resolve all the queries you have about Applify and to make you well aware about our work culture – our team has created this onboarding resource only for you. So, go through it, learn a bit about our policies and how we work, and have answers to all the questions popping inside your head.
Also, don’t be shy to ask questions and give suggestions. We always encourage them.

Here, at Applify – we use this powerful tool to maintain a healthy roster of business relationships. So, always focus on customer satisfaction and work with full dedication to exceed expectations.
It’s very easy to reach here at Applify. Just search our name in Google Maps to get directions. After this, you book your ride from Uber or Ola app. Your cab will drop you right in front of our office building.
You can also take UberPool in the morning with fellow colleagues. For this, get in touch with the HR who will help you out in identifying the names of people who take Uber in the morning. After this, you can enjoy a shared ride with your buddies.
Last but not the least, public transport is also available to our location.
After arriving in the office, you might’ve figured out that your paperwork is all set. You only need to meet the company HR and present the documents we had requested you to bring in your employment offer letter.
Ninjas are no-ninjas without their sword, right? We all know how important the tools of your trade are and we take that seriously! Hence, we let you work only after you’re equipped with the upgraded tech.
Please arrive at 9:00 AM on your first day. Day one will mainly consist of getting you settled into your new role and meeting your team.
Our office timings are from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. However, you’re not constrained to this timeframe. We also offer flexible office timings where you can work at your convenience.
You can take short breaks in between to re-energize yourself. Lunch timing is 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM.

A single cup of coffee can do wonders. It can give your brain a boost during the times when you can’t focus or you’re feeling lethargic.
We’ve got a coffee machine in our cafeteria. Whenever you ever feel tired, head straight there, and treat yourself with a cup of coffee. Choose your favorite coffee (Cappuccino, Espresso, or Latte).
Not only coffee, you can also prepare milk tea or green tea on the machine - great news if you’re a tea-lover or quite conscious about your health.
So, you’ve set up everything and made yourself comfortable. Now, here’s what happens next.
Brace yourself! It’s time to give a tour of the company to show who’s who and who does what while also giving you a feel of our work-culture and a sense of how we roll at Applify.
Now that you’re all set, let’s come to the orientation part. Here you’ll be informed about our company policies, core values, code of ethics, pay, and benefits. Then, you’ll be introduced to your team members and coworkers to integrate you into our company culture and set you up for success, followed by some documentation.
Okay, let’s show you your desk now. Take some time to get acquainted and comfortable in your new settings. In the meanwhile, someone from the helpdesk team will help you set up your system.
Passwords and other credentials will be shared to you via email. You can use them to log into our company tools, apps, and internal file-sharing system. Also, don’t forget to change these passwords and document the new ones.
After this, it’s time to meet your reporting manager. He’ll make you familiar with your work, training, and expectations from you.
Asana is the team communication medium in our company. Here we interact with each other, manage projects, exchange notes, assign to-dos, and a lot more. Not only this, we also use this tool to communicate with our clients.

It’s 1 PM, time to have lunch with your team.
Now that you’ve had lunch and interacted with your squad, you’ll be buddied up with a fellow team member who’ll be primarily responsible for offering knowledge resources, advice, and guidance regarding the day-to-day aspects of working at Applify.
After meeting your team members and reporting manager, HR will introduce you to other members of our Applify fam.
Go ahead and break the ice with your colleagues. Say HI and introduce yourself to others. Let them know that you are new to the company.
How about you give a brief explanation of what you have done earlier and what you will be doing here as a conversation starter? There’s no harm in making a friend on Day One.
Take a little break for 10-15 minutes. Connect with other employees. Drink some coffee. Prepare a snack in our kitchenette if you want or play a quick game of carrom with other employees.
