Sometimes, just the UI designs are not enough to understand the product behavior. Only when required, we create a clickable prototype from the design images for you to get a better understanding of how things will look like and function.

After the UI designs are all set to go, the Project Manager creates a Software Requirement Sheet, explaining how things would work on the development front when aligned with the designs. This document serves as the Bible for our developers to kick-off with and start doing what they do the best! We follow an agile methodology for project management to ensure a foolproof roadmap, changes to which are scalable. The overall feature list is divided into sprints and is worked upon accordingly. With every successful completion of a sprint, we will send across build releases to ensure there are no surprises in the end and that both parties are on the same page.
