How many times have we struggled to find a home services provider and that too within our budget? Our client wanted an end to this trouble of looking for service providers like plumbers, electricians, beauticians, cleaning services, etc. by bringing them on one platform and make their services available to households. The client wanted that not for one but 20 over countries.
Our goal was to realize this vision to deliver the perfect platform that brings together service seekers and the providers. The app should be able to locally list available services and allow people to book any service within the set prices, saving effort, time and money.
Our developers made sure the idea was replicated in the best form. You can pin your location and see what services are on offer- this was done through seamless API and highly secure processes to allow in-app payment and other features like tracking your provider etc.
The admin panel was built as a single control unit for manaing the available services in all countries- location wise. It also allowed the admin to set standardized prices for them.
The app underwent several changes based on user feedback after it was launched first and is now at its best.
The user interface was kept very clean and uncluttered with no flashy colours or screens, keeping in line with the app’s idea of simplifying finding service providers.
The app was launched in 23 countries like US, UK, Singapore and continues to provide high quality services in these and simplifying lives of many users and planning to further its operations. The response to the app has been a positive one ever since its release. In today’s world when we turn to our mobiles for everything, OryxHub has provided to the people a simpler way out for their small but urgent problems at home.
