1. Keep learning:

   Learn as much as you can from every work experience you have,If you don’t have a chance to learn from new things, ask your coworkers or bosses if you can accompany them when they do their duties, and learn about what they do.

2. Teach others what you know:

   You want to accompany others when they do their jobs, so offer that opportunity to your coworkers. “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach him how to fish and you have fed him for a lifetime.

3. Give yourself a break:

   You’re on the clock for 9.5hrs hours a day, and you’re expected to work that entire time, but you can’t really do that. Trying to work nonstop means you’re wearing yourself out, and each subsequent task you do will get a little sloppier as you lose focus and motivation. Take a short break of 10 mins after every 2 hours,Step away from your desk and stretch, get some fresh air. You might spend five to ten minutes not working, but you’ll feel so refreshed by the time you come back to your desk that you’ll be ready to get to work immediately.

4. Leave work at work:

   It’s important to have time for yourself, your family, and your hobbies. Amidst lockdown , we are working from home and you sometimes lose a count of hours and stress yourself,Once you are done with your office tasks,Spend some time with your family and your interest areas.That way you feel more rejuvenated each morning when it’s time to go back to your office time.

5. Build relationships with coworkers:

   Your work environment will be more comfortable and fun if you’re friendly with your coworkers.How amazing you feel when you share common hobbies like singing, dancing,trekking etc.Having a friendly community at work will also make you feel more supported in your work duties, which can help cut stress levels.

6. Go the extra mile:

   Instead of waiting to be assigned to a task, why not volunteer ? This way you’ll have more control over your tasks and you’ll improve on your leadership skills. Try to solve problems, rather than to pass them on to other people. First answer is “yes, I’ll make it happen”. Go beyond your job description.

7. Set attainable goals:

   Instead of setting your sights on the moon, set attainable work goals.Apply the ‘SMART’ rule for your goals,S – Specific, M – Measurable, A – Achievable,R – Relevant, T- Timebound

8. Smile more:

   Smile when you greet your coworkers and clients.Smiling even if you don’t feel happy will make you feel better, and seeing a smile on your face will make others feel better, too!

We are so happy that despite the lockdown,we all at Applify have successfully managed to stay connected with each other.

This week we have not only connected as colleagues but also came to know each other more than just work, Be it the fun activity ‘Let’s Chill’ that we did over a video call or be it the pictures we shared about how we spent our weekend with our loved ones.

Below are some of the fun things we came to know about each other:

Shivam Bhatia - Shivam’s weekend was splendid, His quarantine period ended on Sunday,He got a chance to show his Salon skills by helping his family with a haircut,He celebrated his Birthday with his family and He also met his school time buddies after 4 long months !

Rekha Rani - Who knew Rekha is an outstanding Artist ! She spent her weekend by doing something she loves, that is painting! Isn’t her painting amazing ?

Vibha - Lockdown was a long wait for Vibha to meet her Best Friend,She spent her weekend playing UNO, gossiping and a lot of fun !

Snigdha Sachar - Snigdha’s weekend was about chilling and relaxing at our very favourite place Sukhna lake, Serene right ? But she did not forget to wear a mask!

Kanta Sajwan - Kanta spent her weekend with her naughty sweet kiddo! Mom & Son time is always precious !!

Offer Check is a platform that aims to ease the process of buying property in the UK by facilitating Real Estate Agents with a system that allows them to access the buyers' application. It also automates the sales progression for the agents.

Edee Circle

Edee Circle provides a platform to sell and buy certified phones. This product also helps to clean e-waste by recycling and refurbishing the used phones.

Deal Smart App

DealSmart is a platform for the Malaysian market where users can view and post deals related to electronics, groceries, etc, and earn reward points depending upon the deals posted.
